Co-created a Professional Customer Relations program at SAIT providing 150 hours of training in practical customer-related solutions.
Created a strategic compensation plan for Tesco Corporation, including development of competencies for all employee groups so performance management levels could be established
Developed standard operating procedures for Remicade Infusion Centers for Schering Canada Inc. This involved defining procedures, developing standards and implementing a customer approach to meet those standards.
Defined, analyzed and implemented a strategic needs assessment for the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology. Provided an in-depth report highlighting areas for the association to improve.
Coached Lloyd Sutherland of Lloyd Sutherland Group and developed a strategic plan for the company.
Developed a survey instrument for the Alberta Trucking Industry Safety Association (ATISA) to determine competencies for the position of safety director. Red Deer College subsequently developed a training program based on this work, and Human Resources Development Canada used a follow-up gap analysis of competencies, standards and training to implement a national safety director program.
Developed and implemented strategic compensation plan complete with competencies for Calgary Metal.
